Regular thinwalled nonarmored rubber hose is usually quite soft and in condition of higher then regulary temperatures it's getting more "liquid". In this situation vacuum together with hose bending are causing situation, where inner diameter is more thinner then necessary for normal flow of gasoline.

To avoid such kind of deformations in hose they are armored between two (inner/outer) layers of rubber hose with nylon or steel based nets. Some type of hoses are armored only from outside.
So armored hoses are keeping their diameters much more better under control.

Teräspunosletku ei mene mutkassa niin helposti kasaan ja kestää kuumuutta. Teräspunosletkut ovat olleet hyvälaatuisia ja aika hyvän näköisiä silmälle. Vaihtoehtonahan on laittaa kierrejousi sisä tai ulkopuolelle mutkakohtiin. Sisäpuolella reikä pienenee ja virtausvastus kasvaa. On tietysti paksuseinämäisiä kumiletkuja joissa moninkertainen kuituvahvistus sisällä ja ajaa saman lähes asian.

Noo on se ainakin hiton hyvänäköinen.

Ei taida kuumuutta sen kummemmin kestää, kumiletku sielläkin on sisällä. Kyllä tavallisen kumin pitäisi polttoainekäytössä kuuman puolesta riittää, pensakin jo kaasuuntuu ennen kuin normali letku lörähtää.

Kasaan lyttyyn tai muuten silleen kun letku joutuu mutkalle. Kyllä se tuo teräspunosletku siirtää/johtaa lämpöä isommalle/laajemmalle alueelle jolloin letku ei kuumene "yhdestä kohtaa". Ja mulle on vitun hailee mitä letkua pistätte, mutta kummasti niitä vikoja sitten löytyy.
